Changes to our billing system

Dear Patients,

Due to the current economic conditions and the rising cost of living, we are doing our best to make healthcare as affordable as possible for our patients while also ensuring that our clinic can continue to operate and provide care to the community.

From 7 April 2026, patients who have paid their yearly fee will be BULK BILLED for all future visits.

Please note that if we find the clinic is unable to operate sustainably under these conditions, we may need to reintroduce consultation fees. Our goal is to avoid this, if possible, as we want to continue providing care and keep our doors open.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. We hope these changes help ease the financial burden on our patients while allowing our clinic to remain open.
