Patients rights include:
- To be treated with respect
- To appropriate privacy during consultations
- Confidentiality regarding your medical records and care.
- To be provided with sufficient information regarding your medical condition/s and possible, treatment options, to enable an informed decision for appropriate treatment of your medical conditions.
Patient feedback
From time to time this practice invites patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of the practice and how it could be improved. These surveys are completely confidential and help us to improve our services. If you are unhappy with any aspect f care you receive from this practice we are keen to know about it. Please feel free to discuss these issues with your doctor, the practice manager or the reception manager. We believe that any issues are best dealt with within the practice. However if you wish to raise your concerns with an independent authority, you can contact:

ZERO Tolerance
We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy.
Aggressive behavior is considered to be any personal, abusive and/or aggressive comments, cursing and/or swearing, physical contact and/or aggressive gestures.
The practice will request the removal of any patient from the practice list who is aggressive or abusive towards a doctor, member of staff, other patient, or who damages property.
